Drum circles
I hold a fortnightly sacred drumming circle for Brighton Sound at at The Tile House in Brighton's Preston Park.
The circle is a safe, therapeutic space. We drum together for healing, we journey for guidance, and sometimes we sing with the drums.
Circles run from 6-7pm and cost £20.
All you need to bring is a drum.
In circle we are held by the sacred directions and the Celtic medicine wheel.
When we play together the drums become many heartbeats, amplifying healing energy and intention.
Together, we create a container of sound where our systems can regulate and our minds quieten.
A shared sacred space where intuition is heightened and we can access the wisdom of our deeper selves.
After the drumming we share (if you want to) using tarot and oracle cards. Sometimes this offers surprising syncronicities!
