​I run a drum healing circle for Brighton Sound where we play together for connection and intuitive guidance. All you need to bring is a drum and an open heart. ​

We meet fortnightly on Thursdays at The Tile House in Brighton's Preston Park. It runs from 6-7pm and costs £20. Booking is through Brighton Sound.

​​How it works

When we play in a circle, the drums become many heartbeats, amplifying healing energy.

​

Within the container of sound, our minds become an observer of the process, rather than the shaper. ‘Thinking’ steps aside for the wisdom and guidance of our deeper, intuitive self.

 

We drum with a healing intention and immerse ourselves into the sound, noticing what comes through intuitively. You may like to use your voice to tone with your drum or just flow with the sound.

Afterwards the sound we share our experience (if you want to) guided by tarot and oracle cards.​​ Reflecting on the drumming can be very grounding and often presents clarity.
