I first learned Tarot from my grandmother when I was young and on the long and winding road, I've returned to it, just like on the hero’s (heroine’s?) journey.

In truth, I never left Tarot – even in the midst of my psychotherapy training or during a creative fug I would pull a card and commune with the imagery. To me, Tarot is a way of accessing a guiding intelligence that is bigger than us, but also resides within us: an intuitive source of change and creativity.

I've spent most of my career as a therapist, studying traditional and alternative approaches. What I've learned is that alternative therapies can create powerful changes, but it's not always possible to integrate them without a grounded, reflexive space. Likewise, traditional talking therapy alone doesn't always reach the necessary spiritual and holistic depths. What I offer is a psycho-spiritual bridge between the two.

I'm a believer in possibilities over predictions. I'm interested in empowering people through the Tarot, in the here and now, to shape their own future. Imagery speaks to the creative unconscious - our intuitive depths, our inner guiding intelligence - and Tarot is a way of connecting to this.

I'm a writer, and Tarot has been an amazing resource for my writing process and craft. This is why I wanted to offer Tarot for Creativity to others, both one to one, and in groups.
