I was first taught tarot by my grandmother. When I came to study psychotherapy many years later, I continued to explore holistic/spiritual approaches to mental health, training in yoga therapy, regression therapy, hypnotherapy, energy work, elements of shamanic practices and sound healing. I also chose to undergo a more rigorous training in Tarot, gaining a qualification following completion of a year-long, accredited course. I'm currently undergoing further training in sacred drumming and the gong with the College of Sound Healing.

I currently offer Tarot counselling, which combines one-to-one talking therapy with the intuitive, soulful perspective of the cards. I also run regular Tarot for creativity groups and workshops for writers with a focus on using intuition and imagery for creative process and craft.

My interest in creativity comes from my own writing. I’ve had short stories published in Mslexia and was shortlisted twice for the Bath Short Story Award (2020 and 2022). I completed a novel in 2023, which was longlisted for the Grindstone Literary International Novel Prize.
