I first learned Tarot from my grandmother when I was young and on the long and winding road, I've returned to it, just like on the hero’s (heroine’s?) journey.

In truth, I never left Tarot – even in the midst of my psychotherapy training or during a creative fug I would pull a card and commune with the imagery. To me, Tarot is a way of accessing a guiding intelligence that is bigger than us, but also resides within us: an intuitive source of change and creativity.

I've spent most of my career as a therapist, integrating traditional and alternative approaches, as you can see in my qualifications below. I spent years working both in private practice and also as a trauma counsellor in the public sector. Although I don't offer psychotherapy anymore, what I do offer with Tarot is imbued with all my years of therapeutic experience.

Although Tarot is traditionally a method of divination, I feel it works better as a creative, intuitive tool for the here and now. Our past and present energies shape our future and Tarot can bring unconscious things to light and help us find new ways forward.

I'm a writer, and Tarot has been an amazing resource for my writing process and craft. This is why I wanted to offer Tarot for Creativity to others, both one to one, and in groups.
