Sacred Drumming

Sacred drumming draws on cross-cultural, ancestral practices of rhythm and journeying that have long been used to deepen human connection to soul, community and the natural world.

I offer sacred drumming therapeutically - as a soul-led journey of integration. A way to access your inner, intuitive landscape for guidance within a container of healing sound.

What to expect

It's a bit like a sound bath, where you sit or lie comfortably and absorb the beat, rhythm and vibration of my drum with some gentle guided visualization.

The rhythm of the drum is deeply regulating and helps brainwaves shift into a more relaxed, expansive mode. It creates a bridge between the mind and the deeper self, an altered state of deep presence. 

The drumming takes about 15-20 minutes, after which we take time to understand and process your journey, drawing on tarot and oracle cards for clarity.​​​​​​

​​​Individual sessions ​take place in-person at The Tile House in Brighton's Preston Park and costs £70 for a 60 minute session.
