In this workshop we take a deep dive into your creative unconscious via the intuitive medium of Drum Journeying to breathe new life into the story you are writing.

Drum Journeying is like a sound bath where you sit or lie comfortably listening to the beat of my drum as I guide you into a visualization.

 

A journey offers guidance, inspiration, perspective, even healing. The rhythm of the drum creates an expansive state where brainwaves shift and the channel between you and your creativity can flow.

​Over the course of two hours we'll be:

• exploring the connection between creativity and intuition

• journeying to meet an aspect of your story to see what it needs from you

• doing intuitive exercises including creativity channelling 

• having a guided visualization to meet your inner muse

• receiving clarity and guidance with oracle and Tarot cards

• sharing in a therapeutically-held space with other like-minded creative souls
