I work online and in-person at The Tile House in the heart of Brighton's Preston Park.
These days it's normal to look outside ourselves for answers, guidance or validity: on our screens, in the noise of the external world, in the opinions of others.
But this can also leave us disempowered, too' in our heads', estranged from ourselves on a deep level.
