I’m Kate, a psychospiritual therapist based in Brighton.

I offer drum journeys, drum healing circles and therapeutic tarot as pathways to intuitive self-trust. ​​

I work online and in-person at The Tile House, Brighton Sound's beautiful healing temple in Preston Park.

I’m a blend of two therapeutic worlds, the traditional and alternative, and so is what I offer: a grounded space to explore your intuition.

 

​All my years of experience as a therapist and seeker has taught me how intuition can release us from limiting patterns of thinking and help us thrive. ​

It's the inner, guiding intelligence beyond the noise of your rational mind. It's the spiritual compass of your deep, wise self.  And it already has the answers to whatever you are seeking.

As a psychospiritual therapist, I don't just facilitate your intuition but help you integrate it into your everyday life.

 

Without integration, the intuitive guidance of a drum journey, circle or tarot session can feel a bit dreamlike - prone to floating away as day-to-day life resumes. 

 

I'm here for the seekers who still want to keep their feet on the ground.
