I'm Kate - a psychospiritual therapist, group facilitator and writer. I offer Tarot as pathway to creativity and the deeper, wiser self.

I’m a Tarotist with a professional background in psychotherapy and I've shaped my unique approach over more than twenty years.
My approach to Tarot is an integration of psyche and soul. I offer the cards as a way to connect to universal guidance and your own inner knowing in a safe and grounded space.
I see myself as an intuition-facilitator, helping you trust the inner knowing just beneath words. The part that feels the truth of something before your mind catches up.
To trust intuition is to be in the flow of things and in your power: 'self-full', as I call it. Here, you access the rich realms of the creative unconscious. You're attuned to the guiding intelligence of the universe.
It’s not always easy though, especially in our age of distraction. We find ourselves looking outwards for direction and wisdom, rather than inwards. Intuition gets lost in the noise of the mind and the opinions of others.
Intuition is about the relationship we have with ourselves: an ongoing journey of self-trust that needs safety and grounding to succeed.
This is the heart of what I offer: psychospiritual integration and intuitive creativity that is therapeutically-rooted.
