I'm Kate, a psychospiritual therapist based in Brighton.
I offer drum healing, drum circles and therapeutic tarot - pathways to intuitive self-trust, healing and creativity.
I work online and also in-person at The Tile House in the heart of Brighton's Preston Park.
As a psychospiritual therapist I offer you a bridge between psyche and soul. Between your conscious mind and the inner guiding intelligence of your intuition.
All my years of experience as both a traditional and alternative therapist has taught me this: when our mind quietens and we trust the guidance of our deeper wiser self, healing is possible.
But we still need a grounded therapeutic space to understand and process it all. This is at the heart of all my offerings.
A therapeutic space offers integration, a way to anchor spiritual experience in the everyday.
Without this, a tarot session or a sound healing might feel a bit dreamlike - prone to floating away as normal life resumes.
I offer a grounded meeting point between the mind and the soul's wisdom. A balance of heart and head.
