Drum journeys

Individual drum journeys offer a powerful way to connect to intuition. The drum's rhythm soothes and regulates our energy, allowing brainwaves to shift into more expansive, creative modes of being. 

The journey is the landscape of your intuition - however that arrives for you. The drumming creates a container of sound for you to explore this landscape. You may encounter dreamlike images, see colours or shapes, notice feelings or sensations, or even sink into a stillness.

​​How it works

Like the circle, journeys are grounded in a particular intention or issue you wish to focus on. But here you simply lie or sit comfortably receiving the sound as I guide you into the journey with the drum.

Afterwards we reflect on your intuitive journey using tarot and oracle cards to guide us. We explore how you might integrate the information from your journey into everyday life going forwards.

Individual healing drum journeys are 1hr. These take place in-person at The Tile House and cost £85.
